I just attended this conference, today. It is exactly as these reviews say. A lot of sales pitch and no solid information. They promise to answer questions, but instead ask for your credit cards saying there is limited packages to be sold-due to the limited space at the 3 day seminar. They do have a 3 day cancellation notice, which after reading all of the above I plan to exercise. I’ve already called my credit card company. Let this be a lesson to all-do your homework before attending. What I don’t understand is that our Goverment gets their fingers in everything so why not
here, when they have filed BK and still taking people for a ride?? I als check with the Better Business Bureau of Florida and they rated them an “F”.

The speaker is a real smooth taker he is seasoned in the program they feed you. The is smooth and believable at first. Speaks on how he attained his wealth, states who he knows, puts on a good act and if you did not have the experience of dealing with as many people as I do, you would could believe this guy. Says his name is Dave Alexander from rochester, ny area. He states he is an investor and owns so much stuff he dont have to really work anymore, He is just there to give us his experience…. he is a smooth piece of shit. I will give him that. I approach his and let him know I have a fairly large project and he sends me back to his cronie Rob Berry. I try to explain to him, this project is ready to go. All need items to launch project is together already. Now when a guy who is real and is in the position I am in in life – tells you it is complete, its complete. I have stormwater managenment plans, building plans, site development plans, equipment list, electric plan, power requirements of operation, product lables, msds sheets of product, tech data sheets, dust collection requirements, you name it the list is long and it is all covered from start to completion. I even have my financing approved and the project is launching. Rob Berry tells he they have great councilors and i will love talking with them when i get in the program.. He sends me off.. I approach the speaker again and this guy is dodging me and really dont want to engage in conversation about this project. The next day my wife is not with me and he goes on with the program, they pull some bullshit saga with the Ramada not scheduling properly and nobody needs to take notes, they will help you out and print them out for you. He blows through his program, now I am a sharp guy, i understand what he is getting across and it is all about real estate, big dreams, and how anybody can do it. You could do this with no money down, I can show you… This is all leading up to get you to — BUY ANOTHER PROGRAM – the
fool goes on, he is smooth and a professional talker you have to remember that. The end of day two comes and i offer this jackass my business card and try to engage conversation with this guy, he blows me off with extremely quick small talk and will not exchange business cards with me, I asked him if I can have his card and his response was. Nobody gets access to my number until they buy into the next program.. Now I know I have a con man here at this point. and my response to him is Why in the hell would you think, i would do more business with you, if you cant answer the original question, I came here fore in the first place. HE Says if I dont take advantage of getting into the power 2000 group they won’t be back here for a long time.. Different from the time line his wife discussed with my wife the day before when she asked about making up the two days she will miss. I promised him I would check up on him before we discuss anything future.

I went to my Office and started pulling up all kind of bad information on these people. I can run credit checks and all sorts of neat stuff from my office, remember now – I am a real businessman and have a massive amount of resources at my fingertips. Remember really do business dealings nationwide and abroad in the real world. day to day everyday. I even shipped product to Camp David when George & Laura Bush took over, supplied product for many communities- even Washington, DC crosswalks before the last election, I supply great adventure parks, large road scape projects, I send product to casinos in vegas, atlantic city the new phila park casino and I have material in about every city on the eastern seaboard. Trust me I have been in business over 20 years to get where I am at in life. Business is not easy but it is obtainable. This jackass is filling the audience’s head with how “easy it is” ..

I do a check up on this guy, he is nowhere to be found in the Rochester Area, I find a David in a neighboring town and found his photo but its not our guy at the seminar, find another one in Dallas he is an investor but its, not out guy. I cant find anything on him or his wife becouse he said her name and my wife sopke with her. You cant find nothing on these people, they are invisible.. lol. The only address that comes up is west street in rochester. Look at google earth this is in an industrial zone next to railroad track. Small rental but a listing anyway. for or five listings in Florida, Moved from place to place, I found judgments against them for not paying rent. Better business buear of southern florida rate them at an F that is really bad folks. they have law suites in vermont, calif and other states. They filed bankrupcy under chapter 7 & 11, look up the difference. They screwed a lot of people that what that means. They even had one company of their control sue another company they owned. do you think that sound legit ? I can not find any UCC Filings on this guy and if he owned what he states, trust me. I would find something on this dirtball.. I asked my wife to sign us up for this conference, she went to the pre meeting and paid 800.00 to go to get the data needed for a grant. She said it sounded like a good thing she is a smart girl, masters degree – professional. They caught her with a good like of shit, I went for some legitimate information – there dont have it. They instead switched the program to more about real estate and how to grow your wealth, its easy. Now they already primed us to buy into the next up level shit and I was on to them. I would not buy into anything they sell. They are selling a big old bag of hope and dreams to some folks who really cant afford to waist there money on this kind of shit. I felt bad for some of the people there who dont have the resource to check people out like I do and really dont’ have the money to waste. I found more bad shit on this company than good.. Actually there is no good – I found. Look deep into them – you will be amazed. I went in on the third morning and told them I want a refund they did not live up to what the program was suppose to be about. There was nothing there helpful on grants at all..NOTHING – ZIP – ZERO It was a bullshit scam to suck people into thinking they are going to be financially independent. Business is great if you have the proper abilities to succeed. I wish everyone there good luck with these smooth talking idiots. I walked out the last morning of the event after I did my research on them. They did not give the refund and said they didnt have a credit card terminal to process the return. Come on now, I have a merchant account of my own I know better. These guys are full of shit and tomorrow I will file a report with our Attorney Generals Office reporting our experience.
