Beware is right! Don’t get taken.
unfortunately my friend paid the $1,000, i went with to the THREE day seminar just to see for myself what he’d paid for. Lot’s of useless information. Basically a long three days of this crafty guy selling you to join his HIGHER level, the next thousands he’s talking you out of, those people then become his “students” to get his more detailed/ better info. Unbelieveable! I have been in the Real Este profession for more than 20 years. This guy is nothing more than a well dressed two bit shiester!

I went to the Wisconsin seminar during the summer at the Brookfield Sheraton - I am wondering if anyone else went and bought into it? I didn't come with money that evening and was on the fence any ways - definitely a fast sell as the more I thought about it on the way home the more questions I had - did anyone who bought that night have any insight to their offer?

Thank you all for this information, I was already invited to the conference in Miami, Sunday Dec.6, 2009. I made made my subscription on line. I do not find way to cancel it. I hope I would do not have any problem, because they already have my email address. Thank again for your advise.

I got a letter in the mail with no return address with a sticky note on the inside saying "Hey Philding check this out". Attached to the sticky note was a news paper and two tickets to the NGC. I was wondering how did they know my name and adress, and what urged them to send the letter to me? When I acually went the whole thing seemed like a scam. First off why would I pay you a $1000 for information I can find out myself on the internet for free. Secondly, if they wanted to sound more convencing, they would have said they would help you get the grant for free and you will pay the $1000 after you recieve the grant money.

141- Frances-November 2,2009

I just attended this conference, today. It is exactly as these reviews say. A lot of sales pitch and no solid information. They promise to answer questions, but instead ask for your credit cards saying there is limited packages to be sold-due to the limited space at the 3 day seminar. They do have a 3 day cancellation notice, which after reading all of the above I plan to exercise. I've already called my credit card company. Let this be a lesson to all-do your homework before attending. What I don't understand is that our Goverment gets their fingers in everything so why not
here, when they have filed BK and still taking people for a ride?? I als check with the Better Business Bureau of Florida and they rated them an "F".
